At Liquid Luxe, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

Perishable & Medical-Grade Products
Our peptides, exosomes, and related wellness products are intended for personal use and, in some cases, are temperature-sensitive. For health, safety, and compliance reasons, all sales are final. We cannot restock or resell these items once they have left our facility.

Order Accuracy
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you believe you have received the wrong item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@welcometolongevity.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

Shipping Issues
Liquid Luxe is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by carriers once an order has been shipped. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim within their required timeframe. We will provide any documentation or information you need to support your claim.
