Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. In the event that an item is out of stock and must be ordered from our supplier, processing may take up to an additional 4 business days. We will notify you by email if your order will be delayed beyond this timeframe.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship all orders via reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times vary by location but typically take 2–5 business days after processing. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Temperature-Sensitive Products
Some products, such as specific peptides and exosomes, require cold shipping to maintain stability. These items are shipped with insulated packaging and cold packs. If your order includes a temperature-sensitive product, we recommend that someone be available at the delivery address to receive the package promptly. In some cases, a signature may be required.

Delays
Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Liquid Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Claims must be submitted within the carrier’s required timeframe. We will provide any documentation or information you need to support your claim. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Liquid Luxe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
